How do I return an item?


Please e-mail customerservice@milfordpower.com for instructions on how to return your merchandise.
Merchandise returned must still be in original packaging if it came that way and in brand new condition.
There will be a 20% restocking fee except for defective merchandise.

Return shipping of defective merchandise is not refundable.
If a part is deemed defective once we get merchandise back, cost of part is refunded only.

No returns on Electrical Components. 
No returns on Hydrostatic Pumps, Wheel Motors or Transaxles. 
No returns on Electric PTO Clutches.
No returns on Wheels & Tires.
NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS.

(SPECIAL ORDERS AND SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS THAT WE DO NOT NORMALLY STOCK) are not returnable.
No returns are accepted without written approval.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED. SOLD AS IS.
