All parts sold on this site are high quality aftermarket parts unless otherwise specifically stated as "Genuine" or Original" in our products title or in our products description.
All sales are final. PLEASE be sure that the item your ordering is correct for you needs. Orders placed for a part number from a owners documentation (SPECIAL ORDERS AND SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS THAT WE DO NOT NORMALLY STOCK) are never returnable. No returns are accepted without written approval.

There will be a 20% restocking charge except for defective merchandise.
No returns on electrical components. No returns after 30 days.
Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to change prices without changing any of our web pages. We will NOT process any order in without the expressed approval of the customer if the price is different that published.
Payment
Orders with payments received in form of personal checks are held 5 business days before being shipped out.
Shipping
We try to offer many choices in shipping methods but please be aware if you are choosing United States Postal Service, we are not responsible for lost or damaged parts. Although the USPS is most times a more economical choice, tracking numbers are infrequently updated by USPS and packages are not insured. UPS is highly recommended.
We take pride in getting out all orders as quickly as possible.
Please note our availability times quoted are estimates only and do not count Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY DAYS. THESE ARE ONLY ESTIMATES.
We reserve the right to change shipping carriers if we deem it necessary to due content in package or other reasons. We always try to choose a shipping method that will get your package to you as soon as possible. Sometimes that means drop shipping that from one of our vendors to get the package to you faster. Many times Federal Express will be chosen in place of UPS Ground when that happens. Sometimes we will choose UPS ground over priority mail if it is an expensive part because it is traceable and insurable. Also, all liquid items have to go UPS ground due to the USPS not shipping anything of that nature.

Warranty Disclaimer
While the manufacturer may warrant the goods sold to the customer, we make no warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness, with respect to such goods. Return shipping is also not included in warrantied items. Also please note; most parts sold need to be installed by an authorized service dealer for warranty to be valid.
Limitation of Liability
Milford Power Equipment shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Milford Power Equipment has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Milford Power Equipment product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Milford Power Equipment reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Milford Power Equipment reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Milford Power Equipment shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Milford Power Equipment without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
